  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes. You can either pay a refundable deposit in cash or via bank transfer — or leave an ID/passport as collateral.
    The deposit will be returned in full if you return the gear on time, clean and dry, and without any major damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • How can I pay?

    You can pay in cash or via bank transfer.
    Unfortunately, card payments and terminals are not available at the moment.
  • How do I pick up the gear?

    You can pick up your gear at our warehouse in Tbilisi, 14 A. Kazbegi Street — just schedule a time with us in advance.
    Alternatively, you can order delivery to your address. Delivery fees are based on current taxi rates at the time of delivery.
  • Start Date

    The start date is the day you pick up the equipment. You pick up or we deliver the gear so that it arrives the day before your trip.
  • Do I need to clean the gear before returning it?

    Yes, please make sure all equipment is returned clean and dry — free from dirt, food, or liquids.
    If the gear is returned wet or dirty, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
    Mold and mildew can cause serious damage, and we’d really prefer not to charge you for that.
  • What if my plans change? What’s your cancellation policy?

    We understand — sometimes plans shift. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
    • Free cancellation within 48 hours of placing your rental order
    • ⚠️ After 48 hours, cancellations incur a 10% administrative fee
    • 48–24 hours before the start date: we refund 50% of your prepayment
    • Less than 24 hours before the rental: prepayment is non-refundable
    Note: For group rentals, festivals, or on-site service bookings, stricter cancellation terms apply — these are discussed individually when booking.
